· Before distributing earnings to businesses, CRM managers, and the operations team, we first allocate a portion of the revenue to Sales Agents & Affiliate Marketing Partners for their efforts in bringing in new businesses and expanding our platform.
2. Final Profit Distribution
· After the initial allocation, the remaining profits are divided as follows:
· 40% Profit Pool for Businesses – Businesses receive a share of this pool based on their sales volume, service quality, and customer ratings.
· 40% Commission for CRM Managers – Our CRM team earns based on their effectiveness in helping businesses develop better marketing and pricing strategies, directly aligning their income with business success.
· 20% Profit Share for Operations Team – This ensures continued platform development, system improvements, and operational stability, supporting long-term growth and sustainability.
