· The generation of our revenue are through several aspects to satisfy our businesses, CRM managers, and the operations team. Among them, the main sources are Membership subscription sources, Advertising income, and API service fees based on the online services we provided.
2. Distribution Breakdown
· After generating revenue, profits are distributed as follows:
· 10% Base Share for All Businesses – Every participating businesses receives an equal share of this portion as a guaranteed base income.
· 40% Performanced-Based Profit Pool – This pool is distributed among businesses based on their contribution, which is determined by customer review performance and an industry-specific adjustment factor. Higher-performing businesses receive a larger share.
· 50% Allocation to Platform Operations – This portion supports our CRM team, platform development, and day-to-day operations to ensure long-term growth, system stability, and service quality.
